Must be able to work primarily 5x8 s and a combination of 2x8 s and 2x12 s when needed depending on department needs.Must have Dialysis and Charge Nurse Experience - will be Charge Nurse during shifts.Primary location: Unity Hospital Dialysis 1555 Long Pond Rd. Rochester, NY. Floating to other locations as needed. Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-week contract.
