We have an immediate need for Promotions & Management Trainees to join our expanding team . This entry-level role offers hands-on cross-training in marketing, sales, event coordination, and leadership with mentorship from experienced team members.
What You’ll Do:
Execute community awareness programs, brand activations, and nonprofit campaigns
Engage the public to raise awareness, drive support, and generate leads
Assist with event logistics, team coordination, and client relations
Shadow mentors to develop leadership and management skills
Take on small team supervision after initial training
