Physician Assistant – Orthopedics • Sports Medicine

(Richmond, KY • Georgetown, KY • Versailles, KY)

Full-Time • Monday–Friday

Our well-established orthopedic private practice (20+ years strong) is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing clinical team. We operate 5 clinic locations surrounding the Lexington, KY area and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-focused musculoskeletal care.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No nights, no weekends, no formal on-call
• High patient volume
• Work directly alongside highly skilled orthopedic providers & surgeons

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & diagnose operative and non-operative treatment for acute and chronic orthopedic conditions
• Perform patient visits, post-op care, imaging review, and treatment planning
• Assist providers with in-office procedures
• Document clinical care accurately and efficiently within EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, PT/OT, imaging, and clinical staff to support seamless patient care
• Participate in high-volume clinic workflow while maintaining excellent patient communication and care standards

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant (PA-C) with Kentucky licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Orthopedic or musculoskeletal experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic setting

Location

We serve patients across five office locations in the greater Lexington, KY area.
This position currently has a supervising physician who works in our Richmond, Versailles and Georgetown locations.
