North Fork Table & Inn is a beloved East End destination, celebrated for showcasing the very best of Long Island’s farms, vineyards, and surrounding waters. Located in a historic countryside home in Southold, Long Island , the restaurant offers an intimate, seasonal dining experience rooted in exceptional hospitality.
We are currently seeking talented Bartenders and a Head Bartender to join our team. Ideal candidates are passionate about craft beverages, knowledgeable and engaging with guests, and committed to delivering an elevated bar experience that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests
Create classic and innovative cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality
Engage with guests and confidently speak to food and beverage menus, including seasonal offerings
Assess guest preferences and provide thoughtful recommendations
Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar throughout service
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
Stay guest-focused while nurturing a welcoming and memorable experience
Comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and beverage regulations
Additional Responsibilities – Head Bartender:
Lead bar operations and set standards for service, organization, and quality
Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting bartending staff
Support inventory management, ordering, and menu development in collaboration with leadership
Serve as a role model for hospitality, professionalism, and consistency
Proven experience as a bartender; leadership experience required for Head Bartender candidates
Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving cocktails
Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient bar environment
Relevant certifications such as TIPS and/or ServSafe preferred
