What you will do:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) for cellular therapy is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) prepared at the masters or doctoral level. Our Program Based CNS role requires advanced expertise in oncology and provides real time education and consultation for both standard of care and clinical research, conducts and executes evidence-based practice and ensures clinical practice excellence and competency in all levels of staff who provide direct care 24/7.
This CNS role will support the activities of standard of care and research cellular therapy throughout the department of oncology and the hospital. In addition, the inpatient CNS represents oncology nursing in department and hospital committees and special projects. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will advance patient care directly in the role of expert clinical practitioner and indirectly in the roles of educator, consultant, researcher, change agent, collaborator, clinical leader, role model, and patient advocate.

Who should apply :
Salary Range: Minimum 53.15/hour - Maximum 82.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
