The ideal candidate will have strong twin experience and be able to keep up with two little ones who are on the move! Good communication is key, as well as a deep understanding of developmental milestones and engaging activities to support their growth. Reliability and responsibility are essential, as both parents have demanding work schedules and travel frequently.
