This position is for an independent contractor (1099) and follows the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are available, depending on placement opportunities after completing the application process.

As an educator, you'll have access to an exclusive educator portal, where you can select teaching assignments that align with your skills and certifications. You'll play a vital role in ensuring students receive high-quality virtual education in a dynamic, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Access the educator portal to view and select teaching assignments that suit your schedule and expertise.
Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual classroom to inspire and motivate students.
Develop engaging strategies to enhance student learning and build positive relationships.
Create lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, ensuring a meaningful learning experience.
Monitor student performance and keep track of grades, providing feedback and support as needed.

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, state-issued teaching certification in a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
Participate in a virtual teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
Must have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
Prior experience in online teaching is a plus!
