JD:

Experience Required:

• Senior Designer Exp.: 6-8+ years Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (HCI, Human Factors, Design, Psychology, Communications, or related).
• 5+ years of proven UX/product design experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Extensive experience conducting and applying user research to inform strategy and execution.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong understanding of UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Portfolio demonstrating leadership on high-impact, end-to-end design initiatives across multiple platforms
