Tulsa Worship Leader

MUST DO

• Organize and lead within the Tulsa Worship department, providing both on-stage and off-stage leadership across all Tulsa worship environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee teams and develop leaders for YA & KOTM teams’ service environments, maintaining excellence and consistency
• Serve as the female lead vocalist for weekend services, providing leadership to the congregation and team during rehearsals and services.
• Develop and mentor emerging vocalists and leaders, ensuring excellence in worship production across all Tulsa Worship environments.
• Oversee weekly schedules, setlists, service flow details, and weekly worship rehearsals for YA & KOTM.
• Recruit, develop, and train leaders in partnership with the Tulsa Worship pipeline.
• Oversee the onboarding process for incoming YA & KOTM Worship volunteers.
• Assist the Tulsa Campus Services Director with Special events such as Uncommon, Christmas, Easter, and other related duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment to the worship philosophy of Church on the Move
• The ability to build and lead teams
• Strong administrative and communication skills, with an ability to organize and execute a wide variety of tasks
• Excellent musical and vocal talent
• A critical ear and the ability to both give and receive healthy, candid feedback

WORK SCHEDULE

• 40 hours per week, weekends required
