Job Description

The Grout Doctor Company is looking for a Service and Sales Technician to provide our customized ceramic tile and natural stone repair and maintenance services. Benefits:

Paid on the job training.
After training, pay for this position is calculated as a percentage of the job. (Average $25-$40 per hour).
Company provided vehicle AFTER successful training period.
Uniforms (shirts, jackets, hats).
On the job training available with qualifications.

Work responsibilities: * Tile re-grouting, re-caulking, cleaning, sealing and grout staining in residential and commercial environments. As skills progress will be quoting and selling services to clients. Qualifications include:

Candidate must live in the Schaumburg / Arlington Heights / Palatine vicinity.
Able to work independently
An eye for detail and pride in your work.
Strong people skills (the only way we keep our excellent reputation is by knowing how to talk to clients)
A high level of integrity
Problem solving skills
Able to read and follow directions
Available to work Monday through Saturday
Drug free
Clean appearance
Excellent driving record.
Punctual and dependable (If you are a naturally late person this is not the job for you)
Legible handwriting
Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds of supplies and or equipment into your vehicle
Computer literate with fully functioning PC and printer

Recommended Experience:

Customer service with some sales background a must.
Handyman experience / comfortable with hand tools
Tile and Stone knowledge and experience
Caulking experience helpful
Re-grouting experience helpful
I am willing to train the right person who is willing to work hard and learn
