Role Overview

We are hiring a Test Analyst V , an executive-track role focused on global QA strategy, enterprise-wide test automation, and large-scale software quality transformation.

As a Test Analyst V , you will define and execute multi-million-dollar quality engineering initiatives, advise enterprise leaders on continuous testing frameworks, and oversee the implementation of next-generation automation technologies.

Our goal is to position you as a C-level strategic partner , leading AI-powered testing solutions, DevOps-driven automation strategies, and predictive defect analytics to optimize global enterprise software performance.

Key Responsibilities

For Global QA Strategy Leaders (10+ Years of Experience in Enterprise Test Engineering)

• Architect and govern large-scale enterprise test automation frameworks , ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Define global software testing roadmaps , setting industry standards for quality engineering.
• Implement AI-driven defect prediction models to improve software reliability and performance.
• Lead enterprise-wide performance, security, and compliance testing strategies .
• Optimize test automation governance , ensuring cost-effective, high-impact test execution across multiple geographies.
• Oversee DevOps-integrated continuous testing , ensuring rapid, stable software releases.
• Provide executive-level QA strategy recommendations to CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership teams.
• Mentor, scale, and manage global QA teams , ensuring seamless collaboration across test environments.

For Industry Thought Leaders (15+ Years of Experience in QA Leadership & Software Quality Strategy)

• Define the future of enterprise software testing by integrating AI, ML, and predictive analytics.
• Architect cloud-native testing solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and automation-first QA ecosystems.
• Develop strategic alliances with software vendors to enhance enterprise-wide QA capabilities.
• Lead multi-continent test execution teams , standardizing QA best practices across global IT operations.

• Experience leading QA transformation projects worth $10M+ across enterprise IT landscapes.
• Ability to standardize global testing frameworks, balancing automation, risk mitigation, and cost-effectiveness.
• Expertise in predictive defect analytics, self-healing automation frameworks, and AI-driven test case generation.
• Strong understanding of business-critical software reliability, regulatory compliance, and quality governance .
