Independent Recruiter – Tech & Engineering
Compensation: Commission-based ($8K–$10K/month minimum potential)
We’re growing fast and looking for experienced technical recruiters who know their way around engineers, developers, and IT pros. Whether it’s placing a Full Stack Dev in Boston or a Systems Engineer in Austin, you’ll be rewarded for results.
This is a commission-only, 1099 opportunity offering total autonomy, backend support, and high earning potential. Most recruiters earn $8K–$10K/month minimum—and top producers scale well beyond that.
Ideal Background:
Experience recruiting in software, IT, DevOps, cybersecurity, or engineering
Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills
Comfortable navigating technical screening or collaborating with hiring teams
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full recruiting cycle for tech roles (sourcing, screening, offer coordination)
Submit qualified candidates to open reqs
Help scale tech teams for startups and enterprise clients alike
