Job Details:

• Greeting each Customer loudly and proudly with a smile and eye contact everywhere in the Store. Your interaction with the Customer should be confident and welcoming.
• Remaining aware of the environment by
  • Walking around the Front End,
  • Observing sightlines and hotspots throughout the Store, and;
  • Identifying and communicating internal and external theft indicators.
• Command presence is the display of control and confidence shown through your behaviors and presentation.
