Description We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Coordinator with extensive TikTok experience to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will craft engaging content, collaborate with creative teams, and ensure brands stand out across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Responsibilities: - Develop and publish captivating short-form and long-form video content tailored to various social media platforms. - Stay updated on emerging trends, audio features, and platform changes to incorporate them into client campaigns. - Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and strategists to align content with brand messaging and campaign objectives. - Write compelling captions, scripts, and storyboards that reflect each brand's unique voice and goals. - Attend client shoots, content creation sessions, and remote production days as needed. - Analyze social media content performance and recommend strategies for optimization. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and assets are organized. - Assist with influencer outreach, talent coordination, and paid social media campaign support. - Direct talent during video shoots and production to ensure high-quality results. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in social media TikTok content creation, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing role - Proven skills in video creation, storytelling, and editing, supported by a strong portfolio or social media samples. - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, Canva, and CapCut. - Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and best practices for these platforms. - Familiarity with scheduling and planning platforms like Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. - Ability to adapt to diverse brand voices, target audiences, and campaign objectives. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with social media filming and paid content is a plus but not required.
