Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing legal team looking for an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join us in a remote role. With at least 5 years of experience, you will be an essential part of our team, managing complex estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. You will work closely with a collaborative team of junior attorneys and paralegals, contributing to a supportive environment where your expertise will truly make a difference.

Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and customize estate planning documents for clients
Manage probate and trust administration cases from start to finish
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Contribute to business development and growth efforts within the firm

What We're Looking For:

A seasoned attorney with a proven ability to manage a heavy caseload
At least five years of hands-on experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters
Strong independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
A 4-year bachelor's degree, 3-year law degree from an accredited law school, and membership in local and state bar associations
Exceptional skills in persuasive writing, communication, time management, and relationship-building
