Supervisor Responsibilities: Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel. Serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and client facility management. Train and supervise staff on: Emergency response procedures Evacuation protocols Hazmat guidelines Fire safety measures Injury and incident reporting processes Ensure full compliance with Metro Ones internal policies, protocols, and performance standards. Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns. Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner. Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness. Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination. Qualifications and Requirements: Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required. Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred. Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required. Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training. Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements. Why Metro One?
