Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for providing general support to the client which includes: + Monitoring inbound customer support requests via Slack, Salesforce and other channels + Triaging inbound customer support requests and resolving Salesforce administrator-related requests. + Creating and assigning tickets to the developer queue for requests requiring developer support. + Collaborating with business/requestors to gather necessary information to triage and resolve requests + Develop and implement quality assurance and SF strategies to enhance project performance + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met Analyze and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement + Lead training sessions on quality assurance best practices + Contribute to the development of SF Admin policies and procedures Basic Qualifications: + A minimum of 3 years of work experience + A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Industries Administration Development + High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's or Associate's degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
