Job Description
As an Analytical Research Chemist, you'll work as part of a dynamic team providing compositional insight for new product development. You will lead project workstreams where compositional analysis is needed, develop Chromatography methods for R&D projects, perform GPC, HPLC, and GC analysis with data interpretation for R&D and production groups.

Key Responsibilities - Develop Chromatography methods for new products promptly.
- Collaborate as a researcher on the development and launch of new products.
- Work with business and technical collaborators to understand priorities and communicate findings.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for laboratory operations across several work streams
- Consult on Global projects that relate to analytical Chromatography analysis.
- Perform GPC, HPLC, and GC including sample analysis and data interpretation.
- Maintain schedule of projects and timelines.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure the lab follows safety protocols.
Qualifications - Ph.D. in Chemistry, materials science, physics, engineering, or related subject area (Analytical Chemistry preferred) and 0+ years of industrial work experience.
- BS with industrial experience with 10 years of experience
- MS with industrial experience with 5 years of experience
- In-depth understanding of Chromatography techniques.
- Experience implementing Chromatography methods
- Write reports, give presentations, and lead discussions.
- Previous experience with advanced data analysis techniques.
- Willing to travel between our Allison park and Monroeville sites up to 50% of time
