We’re looking for a senior product designer to join a high-impact team focused on growing Mercury through new audiences and organic network effects. You’ll design products that fuel referrals, unlock partner-driven growth, and empower influential segments like accountants and investors. This role is ideal for a systems thinker excited by 0→1 discovery, scalable product bets, and crafting experiences that drive real momentum.
Our design team consists of 40+ people who love to solve complex problems through design, but are equally passionate about cultivating, guiding, and inspiring each other through their work to foster a collaborative environment of experimentation and innovation.

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:
US employees (any location): $180,200 – 225,200 USD
Canadian employees (any location): $170,300 – 212,800 CAD
