Job Overview

We are seeking a General Insurance Representative to consult with clients, understand their needs, and help them choose the right insurance products. This role involves warm leads (no cold calling), ongoing training, and strong support systems to help you succeed — even if you're new to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Contact and consult with potential clients (leads provided)

• Explain and recommend appropriate life and health insurance plans

• Customize coverage to fit each client’s individual needs

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads

• Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales goals

• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Motivated, reliable, and self-disciplined

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

• Previous experience in insurance or sales is a plus, but not required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
