We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Transcriptionist to support our team by accurately transcribing audio, handwritten documents, and various records into digital formats. The Data Transcriptionist will transcribe audio recordings, handwritten notes, and documents into precise, error-free digital text. This role ensures the accuracy and organization of transcribed data to support business operations.

Responsibilities:

Transcribe audio recordings and handwritten documents into digital text.
Proofread and edit transcriptions for clarity and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Organize and store transcribed documents efficiently.
Meet deadlines while ensuring high transcription standards.

Qualifications:

Proven transcription experience with excellent typing skills (60-70 WPM).
Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with transcription tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
