Job Description Serve as the Product Owner on an agile delivery team, representing the client's vision and business objectives. Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with strategic business goals. Create and prioritize user stories, epics, and features that clearly articulate business value. Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to keep teams focused and productive. Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements. Translate complex business needs into actionable items for the development team. Provide continuous feedback to improve products and project outcomes. Lead project management functions, including scope, timeline, risk, and budget tracking. Act as a true Product Owner -- not just managing backlogs but owning the product vision and business outcomes. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, or a hybrid role in a consulting or tech-driven environment. Strong experience defining and writing user stories, epics, and features that tie directly to strategic business goals. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and how to apply them in a practical, client-centric setting. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to make trade-off decisions based on business value and technical feasibility. Experience delivering digital products, platforms, or analytical systems. Familiarity with product discovery, user research, and data-driven decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; PMP, CSM, or CSPO certification is a plus. Experience in a consulting environment, managing multiple client engagements. Exposure to modern product and design thinking methodologies.
