Personal Assistant, Palm Beach, Florida A lovely client is seeking a discreet and capable Personal Assistant to join her team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at anticipating needs and thrives in a low-key, yet active, environment. You will be the essential support system for the principal, ensuring her daily life runs smoothly between her homes in Palm Beach, FL (approx. 7 months) and New York City (approx. 5 months), with paid travel required. Your Day-to-Day Join the Principal for an early walk (approx. 8:30 AM). Assist with wardrobe (zippers, jewelry) Prepare simple light meals (salads) On days when the Housekeeper is not on-site assist with light tidying and make the bed (T/Th/S) Confidently manage all errands and grocery shopping Drive the principal to appointments and engagements Meet household vendors Assist with projects and tasks Quiet Professionalism You know how to be available without being intrusive, ensuring the Principal has the quiet space she values in her home. Schedule Generally, Tuesday Saturday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM 6:00 PM, with flexibility for later shifts (approx. 2x/week) for occasional evening driving needs. On most occasions dinners end by 8:00 pm. Important Qualities A safe driver (required) Demonstrates sound judgement and common sense Able to carry groceries inside, lift a suitcase, take glass vase out of a low or high cabinet Must be willing to travel, including domestic travel, 1-2 overseas trips annually, and up to five months in NYC (housing provided/arranged). Professional appearance and demeanor Compensation Benefits Annual base Salary: $83,200 $93,600 ($40$45/hour equivalent) Health Stipend: $500/month Paid Travel Housing: Travel is covered, and housing in NYC is provided (live-in in a 3-bedroom, or separate arrangement).
