Pay:  Starting at $35/hr

What You’ll Do:

- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
- Administer medications, treatments, and feedings (including G-tubes, trachs, vents)
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Collaborate with families to follow and update individualized care plans
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation

Requirements:

- Active CT Licensed Practical Nurse license
- 1+ year of LPN experience (peds experience a plus)
For All Nurses:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
- BLS certification preferred
