**Job Title: Panel Installer** **Job Description** Join our team as a Panel Installer, where you will perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. Our projects range from new constructions to existing buildings, focusing primarily on interior walls but also including exterior painting. All projects are located within a 40-mile radius of Oshkosh, ensuring you stay local. Utilize brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities. **Responsibilities** + Perform painting tasks for industrial and commercial clients, focusing on both new and existing buildings. + Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray guns, specifically utilizing HPLV Airless Sprayers for large industrial projects. + Work on projects within a 40-mile radius of Oshkosh, ensuring local work. + Travel to job sites from home, potentially up to 40 miles away, without overnight stays. + Collaborate with a team whose size varies depending on the project. + Meet project deadlines to ensure timely completion. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential painting. + Proficiency in airless spraying, brushing, and rolling techniques. + Ability to perform cutting in without using tape. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with commercial or industrial painting is preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic team environment where your skills will be honed and valued.
