Bachelor's degree or above; at least 2 years of sales or training experience (fresh graduates need internship / project experience). Goal-oriented, with the ability to close deals independently; willing to travel overseas or be assigned to overseas posts. Excellent management potential and communication skills; able to quickly establish authority within the team. Fluent in English (capable of business communication). Familiar with the European market (e.g., the UK) and related business processes. Train, supervise and guide the local sales team in customer development, negotiation and deal closing. Directly manage 1-3 local sales staff, formulate team sales plans, and supervise the implementation of training. Optimize team sales strategies through data analysis and feedback to improve the overall conversion rate. Act as a Chinese management representative to coordinate cultural differences between the local team and ensure the orderly progress of business.
