• Warehouse Associates are expected to understand all aspects of production; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards

Basic Qualifications:
• Order picker (man up equipment) experience or willingness to undergo cherry picker forklift training and certification
• Must be able to pass forklift certification written test, with hands on practical application
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
• Must be able to read and comprehend direction in English
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds (occasionally) with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
• Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Preferred Qualifications
• WMS computer experience
• Excellent communication skills - able to coach, train and assist team members
• Thinks outside of the box; searches for innovative solutions
• Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Current Schedule:
• Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Possible Saturdays or extended weekday hours as business needs require.

Compensation commensurate with experience:
Cherry Picker (advanced - 1+ years experience) = $17.50/hr.
Cherry Picker (proficient - less than a year experience) = $17.00/hr.
