What You’ll Do:

• Operate high-volume copiers and complete reprographic projects
• Perform scanning, printing, electronic imaging, and document conversion
• Maintain conference rooms, kitchen supplies, and oversee meeting setups
• Monitor copier functionality and resolve minor issues
• Distribute mail, packages, and office supplies; provide backup reception support

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in office support or clerical roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with copier operations, scanning, and basic troubleshooting
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a team environment
