About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, professional, and organized General Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Velocity Music Academy, our music school in Cedar Park, TX. The General Manager will serve as a key point of contact for students, families, and teachers to ensure a smooth and welcoming school environment.

The desired time commitment for this position is 10 am - 6:30 pm Monday-Friday, onsite at the studio (this position is non-remote). Occasional weekends will also be required for recitals and other school events.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families regarding enrollment, scheduling, and general inquiries
• Assisting with teacher scheduling and communication to help maintain accurate and up-to-date student schedules
• Helping to organize and coordinate student performances, recitals, and community events
• Ensuring that facilities are well-stocked and that teachers have the necessary materials and equipment
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed to support school operations

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong customer service mindset, adaptable and able to multitask. An interest in music and music education is a plus.

Pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $40,000-$45,000/year plus 5% profit share. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job. Health benefit packages are available to all part- and full-time employees.
