Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Promotions Team in planning and executing marketing strategies for events
Coordinate event logistics , including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control
Process, generate, and track event sales and results
Serve as Event Manager when needed
Lead by example as a motivated and enthusiastic member of the event team
Support and mentor interns during events
Requirements:
Comfortable working face-to-face with the public
Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work full-time and travel locally to events
Strong desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company
Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented personality
