Opportunity

A premier international law firm seeks a Managing Associate to join its highly ranked M&A and Private Equity team. The position offers the chance to work on high-profile, fast-paced domestic and cross-border deals alongside market-leading partners and blue-chip clients in tech, energy, and financial sectors.

• Play a lead role on M&A and PE transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–6 years of M&A/private equity experience at a leading law firm
• Strong academic background and JD from a top-tier law school
• Licensed (or eligible) in NY or CA, depending on location
• Solid deal sheet reflecting a mix of public and private M&A
• Confident communicator and team-oriented mindset
