Summary:

Immediate DIRECT HIRE opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician! You will be required to perform a wide variety of advanced maintenance work to design and maintain equipment, building and grounds. You will need a general knowledge of various trades and systems including, but not limited to; mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, plumbing, etc. If you feel this matches your experience and you have had excellent attendance and longevity in previous roles, you are encouraged to apply today!

• Hours: Wednesday to Friday 4:55am-5:25pm, e/o Saturday.
• Pay: Starting at $32, plus $3.00 shift premium. There is 8 hours of built-in OT during your 4 day work week and if you want to volunteer and work and extra work day and its available, it’s paid at double time!

Responsibilities:

• Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair motors, contactors, relays, circuit faults, lighting, solenoids, coils, switches and sensors
• Electronic: Troubleshoot automated machinery and equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Mechanical: Design, install, troubleshoot and repair gears, cams, rollers, belts, chains, bearings, seals, levers, and power transmission equipment
• Drafting: Create, modify and reverse engineer existing AutoCAD drawings/schematics or parts
• Process Controls: Design, install, program, troubleshoot and repair process control systems including but not limited to PLC’s, HMI’s, and Electro Mechanical

Qualifications:

• Two-year maintenance-related degree with 3 years related experience, or High School Diploma/Equiv with 5 years of related experience/training
• Must have good driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Work at heights above 10 feet and in extreme heat and cold
• Work with allergens, such as soy, milk, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
