Operate skid steer, bulldozer, and excavator safely and efficiently
Perform site prep, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material handling
Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
Load and unload materials as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints
Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must pass a drug test and background check
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience in residential, commercial, or civil construction
Mechanical knowledge for minor repairs and maintenance
