Requirements:

• A valid Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a team mindset
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, rewarding industry
• Willingness to participate in in-office coaching and collaboration

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the buying/selling process
• Follow real estate laws and fair housing regulations
• Market and promote listings across platforms (including social media)
• Network with clients and collaborate with fellow agents
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals effectively

Compensation & Benefits: Job Types: Full-time | Part-time
Pay Range: $50,000 – $150,000+ per year (100% commission-based) Benefits Include:
