A high-volume, back-of-house funeral services provider urgently seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Funeral Director / Embalmer to join their fast-growing team. We've partnered with a rapidly expanding embalming, cremation, and transport service that supports 200+ funeral homes, coroners, and medical facilities throughout a broad regional network. This team operates out of a centralized facility, equipped with cutting-edge prep spaces, clean HVAC systems, and a leadership team that truly invests in its staff.

* $60,000 - $100,000+ compensation (top earners already hitting six figures)
* Firefighter-style schedule - On-call ~6 nights/month

Who They're Looking For:
* Licensed Funeral Director and/or Embalmer (or in process of licensing)
* Detail-driven, calm under pressure, and dependable
* Thrives in a fast-paced, back-of-house environment
* Open to relocating to a safe, affordable, and growing Midwestern region
* Team player with long-term career goals in funeral serviceAssociate's degree or higher in Mortuary Science
* State license or ability to obtain one in any state in the Midwest
