**The Opportunity**

Our Learning & Development (L&D) team plays a key role in informing, educating, and inspiring employees across the organization. As a **Learning & Development Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in managing training tools and records, developing engaging training content, and organizing learning programs that help employees reach their full potential. By analyzing performance data and collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement and innovation in training strategies.

**What You'll Do**

- Maintain L&D platforms, including user and training records
- Design and develop training materials using various formats such as video, audio, and written content
- Deliver training programs through live and on-demand formats
- Coordinate training schedules and create structured learning frameworks
- Communicate training plans and progress updates to employees and managers
- Assess instructional effectiveness and measure training impact on employee skills and performance metrics
- Partner with internal teams to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
- Analyze learner data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Measure training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) to enhance learning initiatives
- Create visual dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Regularly audit and update training materials to ensure alignment with current standards and compliance requirements
- Stay up to date with the latest training methodologies and techniques

**Who You Are**

- 1+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, human resources, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and communicate actionable insights
- Experience in training design and development
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

**Salary Range**

We are committed to offering competitive compensation that reflects the value and expertise of our team members. Final compensation is determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and cost of labor.

**Annual Salary Range: $55,000—$65,000 USD**
