We're seeking a passionate Lead Instructor to inspire, teach, and guide students on their journey to successful careers in IT. As a Lead Instructor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of students by delivering engaging course content, coaching them through challenges, and ensuring they are fully prepared for certification exams. You will work closely with a team of instructors and students, cultivating a positive and supportive learning environment that emphasizes growth, respect, and a shared mission of success. Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Leadership:
Deliver course instruction to multiple student cohorts, ensuring knowledge retention, comprehension, and engagement. Foster a motivating classroom culture where students are encouraged to excel.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside fellow instructors to provide support and share best practices, contributing to a team culture that prioritizes student success.
Instructor Training & Development:
Help train and coach new instructors to ensure they are prepared to deliver high-quality education to students. Support the development of existing instructors by providing mentorship and feedback.
Student Coaching:
Offer individualized guidance to struggling students, both in and outside the classroom, through various communication methods (phone, video, chat, etc.), ensuring they stay motivated and on track.
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons that equip students with the knowledge and skills to pass certification exams. Establish clear objectives for each class session and continuously improve content based on industry trends and student needs.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Regularly track student progress, providing timely feedback and maintaining an open line of communication with students regarding their performance. Ensure that students are ready to take certification exams with the confidence and knowledge they need.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in feedback sessions, pilot programs, and curriculum development to enhance the learning experience. Contribute ideas for improving training materials and delivery methods.
Discipline & Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment in line with institutional policies and standards.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or a combination of education and practical work experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on IT industry experience (within the last 10 years).
A minimum of 2 years of classroom or online teaching experience, with a preference for those with prior technical training roles.

Certifications:
Must have or be able to obtain relevant IT certifications for the courses being taught.
