Description:
Associates in this role will support a full spectrum of labor and employment matters. The position includes advising employers on compliance, handling single-plaintiff and class action disputes, conducting workplace investigations, and managing all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial. This is a hands-on opportunity with meaningful client interaction, mentorship from seasoned partners, and exposure to high-stakes matters in both the public and private sectors.
Day-to-day work will include drafting motions, depositions, client counseling, and representing employers in arbitration and court.
