Kitchen Lead at The Pour Choice (Auburn CA)
Pay : $18 to $22 per hour including tips
Schedule : Minimum 25 hours per week with both daytime and evening shifts available
The Pour Choice is hiring a Kitchen Lead to help run a clean fast-paced and high-volume café kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example and takes real pride in doing things right. We care about details consistency and a strong team dynamic.
You’ll be hands-on every shift ensuring high standards are met and the kitchen runs smooth. We’re looking for someone who is reliable sharp and calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
• Lead prep and service with a focus on detail and consistency
• Maintain a clean organized kitchen that meets food safety standards (ServSafe required)
• Support and guide kitchen team members
• Manage inventory and place orders
• Keep prep production and the line moving efficiently
Requirements
• Proven experience leading in a kitchen setting
• Strong prep skills and solid kitchen workflow knowledge
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Clear communicator with a steady presence
• Available for a mix of daytime and evening shifts
