As a Junior Marketing & Fundraising Assistant, you’ll support nonprofit campaigns through in-person outreach, community events, and fundraising activations . Your role will focus on building awareness, engaging with the public, and encouraging support for important causes.
Represent nonprofit partners at events, pop-up activations, and outreach locations
Interact directly with the public to share campaign messages and secure donations
Assist in event planning , booth setup, and distributing promotional materials
Track donor interactions, campaign performance, and community feedback
Collaborate with your team to develop and refine marketing strategies
Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and fundraising skills
Strong verbal communication and people skills
Passion for nonprofits, social impact, or community service
Positive, outgoing attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Availability for flexible scheduling, including some weekends
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
