Job Description

Firebird AST is seeking an onsite Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly cleared Intelligence Targeting Analyst SME to support SOCOM in the National Capital Region (NCR).

This is for a pending contract; contract award is anticipated in late December 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports and engages in the target development process in deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, counter unmanned systems, and counter proliferation.
• Possess in-depth analytic skills to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in support of target development and the production of all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis.
• Enables the F3EAD targeting cycle and drive Intelligence collection efforts to further support target development and production.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance
• Minimum of eight (8) years targeting experience within previous five (5) years or equivalent operational support experience within SOF related communities required.
• Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge / understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
• Highly proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts and product development.
• Excellent briefing skills and experienced in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
• Expert knowledge of targeting applications and all aspects of HVI/network targeting including methodologies and systems
• Comprehensive background and firsthand experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT/GEOINT Analysis and Collection Management.
• Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, reports, policy, legal documents, etc.
• Ability to prepare reports and presentations to company management and customer(s).
• Demonstrated leadership ability, strategic and innovative thinker, and passion for the mission.
• Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly
