Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a tenured and knowledgeable Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our Tallahassee office. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with deep familiarity with Florida insurance laws, strong client service skills, and a passion for helping individuals protect their assets. The agent will work in-office five days a week and be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance to clients on personal insurance products tailored to their needs. Maintain and grow a book of business through renewals, cross-selling, and referrals. Ensure compliance with Florida insurance regulations and agency standards. Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims support. Educate clients on coverage options, deductibles, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive quotes. Maintain accurate records in the agency management system. Participate in team meetings and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
