Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship to our clients
• Provide clients with non-medical support in their homes
• Assist with ADL's
• Help with medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping and meal preparation
• Help clients with errands or transportation to and from appointments

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 1 year of caregiving experience - personal or professional
• Must be over 18
• High school or equivalent preferred
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a US citizen or have an active green card
• This is a W2 employee/employer position
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must have 3-5 verifiable professional references
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have current TB test & medical clearance
• CNA or HHA License preferred

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Our purpose is to provide alternatives for those in need who wish to remain at home rather than move to a nursing facility. As a non-medical, living assistance service, care for our clients will range from simple companionship that may include ADL's, i.e., light housekeeping, meal preparation or errands for clients in need of a little assistance or for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's. We also handle more complex cases when care is needed for a Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, cancer, or post-operative client in which bathing, incontinence care, personal hygiene and complex transferring may be involved.
