About the Job:

Hotel Concierge Lounge Attendant we have open AM and PM Shift. The candidate must be available weekend AM Saturday and Sunday priority. A hotel concierge lounge attendant provides personalized hospitality services in exclusive hotel lounges, focusing on food and beverage service, lounge maintenance, and guest support. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, anticipating needs, offering recommendations for local attractions and dining, fulfilling special requests like transportation or reservations, and ensuring the lounge is always clean, stocked, and presentable. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism to create a comfortable and memorable experience for VIP and high-level guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service & Assistance: Act as a welcoming ambassador for VIP guests, making personal connections, and responding to their needs by anticipating requests and offering solutions. 
• Food & Beverage Service: Prepare, stock, and present food and beverages in the lounge according to hotel standards and schedules, ensuring a fresh and attractive display. 
• Lounge Maintenance: Keep the lounge impeccably clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to food safety procedures and maintaining equipment. 
• Information & Reservations: Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining, and make arrangements for transportation, tours, or other guest services. 
• Personalized Support: Fulfill specific guest requests, such as arranging for personal services, sending faxes, or assisting with mail. 
• Professionalism: Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times, representing the hotel's brand standards. 

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Strong Customer Service: A high level of attentiveness, friendliness, and courtesy is essential for creating positive guest experiences. 
• Attention to Detail: Crucial for maintaining a clean environment, ensuring food is well-presented, and accurately fulfilling requests. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is needed to interact effectively with guests and provide clear information. 
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organization in the lounge, and keep track of guest requests. 
• Anticipatory Service: The ability to proactively understand and meet guest needs before they are explicitly stated.

Our luxury hotel in the heart of downtown Cincinnati is in need Concierge Lounge attendant /food runner of am -time working shift along with sometimes evenings/weekends.

• Previous Hotel Club Lounge attendant experience is preferred 2 y. minimum.
• This position is for Hotel Food & Beverage Club Lounge (Concierge attendant).
• All applicants must be available to work weekends.
• The candidate must be available to work the weekend AM.

We are looking for an energetic, attentive Concierge/Server who is committed to providing a high-quality dining experience to our customers. The server's responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drink and food orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met and they have an excellent time. You should be a skilled multi-tasker with a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails.

To succeed as a Server, you should be friendly, proactive, and efficient. The server should also be passionate about the food and drinks they serve and create a fun, enjoyable experience for every customer.

Club Lounge Server/Attendant:

• Making recommendations, and serving them food and drinks.
• Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.
• Cleaning and clearing tables.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties.
• Learning about food and beverages.
• Standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks.
• Experience preferred fine-dining experience a plus.
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• A friendly, attentive attitude.
• Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol.
• A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
