Join IES at Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma, just 75 minutes southwest of Oklahoma City. Hiring full-time Day Shift and Night Shift experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join the Hospitalist team. Position Profile

• Average daily census: 20-25 patients
• APP average census: 10 patients
• Coverage: Day - 1 APP & 1 physician; Night - 1 APP & 1 physician on backup call
• Schedule: 7on/7off schedule
• Shifts: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
• EMR: Meditech
• Hospital Beds: 59
• ICU: 8 bed open ICU

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of post-grad Hospitalist experience
• Oklahoma PA or NP license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA
• ACLS & BLS

Compensation

• W2 compensation plan
• Day Shift: $928/shift plus 10% annual QSP bonus
• Night Shift: $1,036/shift plus 10% annual QSP bonus
• QSP (Quality Service Performance) metrics pay is based on metrics established annually, payment is based on individual achievement of the metrics and is paid in a lump sum annually in March
