**Floor Care Technician** **Job Description** The Floor Care Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various floor surfaces in the facility. Key Responsibilities: + Clean and maintain hard floors using techniques like stripping, refinishing, burnishing, and buffing. + Operate industrial floor care equipment. + Use automated equipment to clean large floor areas. + Care for carpets and upholstery by shampooing, extracting, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. + Perform maintenance on all types of floor surfaces. + Complete other tasks as assigned by the manager. Skills: + Janitorial + Cleaning + Waxing + Buffing + Custodial Additional Qualifications: + Experience as a floor care technician or similar role preferred. + Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques. + Ability to follow safety procedures. + Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Experience Level: + Entry Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
