Poultry Farm Manager: MN
Location:  Willmar, MN
Type:  Full Time  Experience:  Manager/Supervisor
Responsible for the operations of poultry (Turkey Breeder) Farm. This leadership position Includes supervising a team of employees that care for egg laying birds.  This includes maintaining the facilities to ensure a safe working environment.  Ensure animals are cared for according to specific animal welfare standards and in a bio-secure environment as developed by our internal veterinary medicine team. The successful leader must support the company culture standards and servant leadership model established by Select Genetics.  Develop and implement policies and practices that provide quality poults for our international customer base, within established fiscal goals.

This position will develop schedules based on customer needs, facility / equipment capacity.  Produce reports on egg production and breeder farm activities to meet production standards. Develop and maintain staff education and practices that meet animal welfare and bio-security standards. 
Demonstrated time management skills, leadership, communication, and computer skills that support organizational standards.    
Knowledge and experience includes: Prior Manager experience, Agriculture experience, computer skills, written and oral communication skills, Business Management education and bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
