We are partnering with leader in quality food production, to hire dependable and hardworking individuals for Farm General Labor roles in Kansasville, WI .
If you enjoy physical, hands-on work, being around animals, and working in a structured environment where dependability matters , this may be the job for you.
Clean and disinfect duck barns and equipment using power washers and hand tools
Spread fresh wood shavings in duck houses
Collect hatching eggs and distribute feed
Assist in weighing, vaccinating, loading, and unloading ducks in a humane manner
Operate equipment like ATVs and bobcats
Occasionally euthanize ducks as required following humane protocols
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long hours
Comfortable working in dusty, hot, cold, and wet conditions
No ownership or frequent contact with birds or pigs due to biosecurity rules
Ability to follow safety procedures and work well in a team
English-speaking required
Farm experience is helpful, but not required
Work clothes and boots supplied
