Extraction Hash Technician Made By A Farmer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Extraction Technician to join our extraction team. A extraction technician will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial extraction equipment, maintaining safety and quality standards.

Other Responsibilities may include:

• Monitor Production Processes: Operate and monitor equipment and systems to ensure processes are running effectively and efficiently.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions to production.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of production data, including equipment performance, process deviations, and materials usage.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to address issues and improve processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Available Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Working knowledge of state and local regulations and guidelines
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony.
• Strong work ethic with repetitive tasks.
• Easy going and a team player with a small group.
• Keep a positive attitude onsite.
• Can stand or sit for long periods of time depending on the task.
• Strong Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to form relationships.
• Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ideal Candidates Should Have An Interest In Chemistry And Improving Themselves Professionally.
• Ideal Candidates Should Be Able To Work Weekends And Extended Hours Occasionally To Meet Production Orders
