We are seeking an energetic and motivated Event Management Trainee to join our fast-paced marketing and promotions team. This hands-on, entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills within the event management industry. No prior experience is required — full paid training and mentorship are provided.
As an Event Management Trainee, you will work directly with senior event managers to plan, coordinate, and execute live promotional events for our clients. You will gain experience in event setup, customer engagement, team coordination, and campaign execution , all while receiving personalized training and support.
Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives
Support event setup, teardown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth execution
Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
Represent partner brands professionally at all times
Track event performance, gather customer feedback, and report insights to leadership
Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and deliver outstanding results
Learn and apply leadership skills with opportunities to train and mentor new team members
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality
